On May 22, 2017 at approximately 9:24 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), together with the Inter-Township Fire Department, responded to a report of a structure fire on Lindenwood Rd. in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.

The structure, a detached bungalow which had been unoccupied since November 2016, had recently sold. The fire has been deemed suspicious.

The Grey County OPP Crime Unit, with the assistance of the Ontario Fire Marshal Office, continues to investigate.
