Your community is working together with the Ministries of Children and Youth Services, Education, Health and Long-Term Care, and Community and Social Services to create an Integrated Rehabilitation Model where children and youth with special needs are better served. You should participate if:
•You are a youth with special needs;
•You are a family/caregiver of children who require occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or speech-language pathology; or
•You are a therapy service provider.
We invite you to attend one of the sessions below to learn about the proposed Grey-Bruce Integrated Rehabilitation Model and to provide your feedback:
