An arrest warrant has been issued for the arrest of 24-year old Brandon Armstrong of no fixed address on charges of possession ofmethamphetamine for the purposes of trafficking, possession of heroin, possession of marihuana, three counts of possession of a prohibited device, and ammunition and breach of probation.
Brandon Armstrong faces further charges by the Hanover Police Service on an unrelated investigation for assault and breach of probation.
