atv-fullTOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON – On Wednesday, August 20, 2014, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV) from a residence on Southgate Rd. 10 in the Township of Southgate.

Sometime between 11:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on August 20th, unknown person(s) removed a camouflage colour, 2008 Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI ATV, vehicle identification number 4XAMN50A58A523746, from an insecure detached garage on the property. The ATV was equipped with a gun rack, front winch, a stainless steel trailer hitch and a rear saddle bag. There were no plates attached to the vehicle.

An ATV matching the description of the stolen one was observed travelling eastbound on Southgate Rd. 8 at a high rate of speed; accompanied by another ATV.
