The Grey Bruce Health Unit has provided an update on the Medical Officer of Health.

After careful deliberation, the Board of Health for the Grey Bruce Health Unit, has determined that new leadership direction is warranted, and as a result, Dr. Christine Kennedy is no longer with the organization.

The Board will immediately begin a search for a new Medical Officer of Health.

Dr. Hazel Lynn has agreed to fulfill the role of Acting Medical Officer of Health while the organization moves forward to find a permanent replacement.

Dr. Ian Arra is continuing in the position as physician consultant.
