OPP have arrested a male after an early morning break-in at the Wiarton LCBO.
On December 15, 2017 at 3:38 a.m. the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police were called to a break and enter at the LCBO in Wiarton. The break in was reported by the security monitoring company who observed a suspect, on camera, inside the store.
Police located the suspect at an area residence where he was arrested for break and entering.
A 42-year-old South Bruce Peninsula man has been charged with the following offences:
Break and Enter a Place with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence, Criminal Code of Canada (CC) 348(1)(B)
2 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance CC 145(3)
The accused was taking for a bail hearing this morning at Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound.
