Having difficulty finding yourself on the municipal voters' list? Here is the advice of MPAC and contact information if you continue to have trouble.
When users are inputting the municipality name and once 3-4 characters have been entered into the respective field, a drop down list of available Municipality Name options will appear.
For best results, users should select from the drop down list in order to populate this field. Please suggest this to those who have experienced issues to see whether this addresses the issues encountered.
In addition, users can also contact our Customer Contact Centre to confirm/provide information by telephone at: 1-866-296-6722.
