For those who asked about attending the hearings about the two long-standing claims by the Saugeen Ojibway Nation, here is the information.
The first of two local hearings begin today until Friday, May 3 on the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation at the Neyaashiinigmiing (Cape Croker) Community Centre.
The public may attend, but you cannot come and go during the session. Entrance is by 9:30am, after a break at 11:30, after lunch break at 1pm and at 3:30 after afternoon break. All times are approximate, based on the proceedings.
