KINCARDINE – On December 21, 2014 at 10:59 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting a R.I.D.E. check on Durham Street in Kincardine when a Black Dodge Ram stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The 32-year-old driver, a Kincardine resident, has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 26, 2015 to answer to the charge.
