“So You Think You’ve Got a Problem?” The Grey County Master Gardeners Annual Fall Seminar will address spatial and soil issues that can arise in the garden.

Saturday October 26 at the Harmony Centre, 890 4th Avenue East, Owen Sound.  Registration and Coffee is at 8:30am.  No charge for admission.  Donations to the Grey County Master Gardeners are appreciated.

If you dream of a lush, welcoming garden that incorporates native trees and shrubs as well as a variety of flowering plants but think you don’t have enough room… well, maybe you do.  At 9:00 a.m. horticulturist and eco-landscaper Sean James tackles the challenge of designing a small space.  Q & A will be held after, followed by a break & door prizes.

If your garden resembles the Sahara or is it always soggy, even after an extended dry spell stick around after the break.  At 11:00 a.m. Sean will explore creative and sustainable approaches to these and other difficult sites.

As space is limited, please reserve your seat by contacting Gary Kenny Tel: 519-799-5804 Email: [email protected]
