GREY HIGHLANDS – On Sunday, March 1, 2015 at approximately 3:58 p.m., Grey County OPP received a report of a lost black plastic gun case containing two firearms.

On Saturday, February 28th, the owner of the property had been target shooting at a gravel pit near Badjeros in the Municipality of Grey Highlands. At approximately 7:15 p.m., upon returning to his residence in Collingwood, he discovered the gun case was missing from the back of his pick-up truck. He contacted police after he retraced his route and was unable to locate the gun case.

The military-style gun case contained the following firearms:

1. Tikka T3 Light - 7 mm caliber Rem mag with a stainless steel barrel and a Nikon Pro Staff 5 scope.

2. Tikka T3 Light - .338 caliber Rem mag with a black barrel and a Vortex Viper scope.
