With so much doom and gloom out there, off the top of my head, here are some positive Covid-19 pandemic observations:

- The social media hive mind is finally working in positive ways. I know our response was definitely not ideal, but would we have been able to act as quickly without social media?

- Ideas, like allowing grocery stores to open an hour only for seniors, which seemed to start online are being put into place by government and companies.

- Some companies are starting to adjust policies so everyone can afford their services.

- People are realizing how important and fragile their local business community is. Local businesses are adjusting their services and people are supporting them the best they can.

- People are organizing to help rather than organizing to attack or spread fear - see local caremongering groups.

- Without the many distractions of our modern world, people are having to take a hard look at who they really are.

- We are realizing that hoarding is a bad thing. People are being called out for this selfish behaviour.

- More family time.

- Less pollution.

- Some of our leaders are actually acting like leaders.

- Some leaders are showing their true colours and will no doubt pay for their lack of leadership.

- In some cases, true leaders are emerging in our communities.

- We are being reminded that money is NOT and SHOULD NOT be the bottom line.

- We are learning that we can do whatever we put our minds to.

- We are being reminded that we are all in this together.

May you use this opportunity to grow.

Peace + Love
