On Friday, Nov. 18, from noon until 1:00 p.m., Bill 23 will be under protest at  MPP Rick Byers' constituency office at 920 1st Ave. W. in Owen Sound.

Citizens concerned with the provincial government's Greenbelt land-grabbing Bill 23 will meet out front on the 1st Avenue West sidewalk before noon.
