Recently, Larry Miller, Member of Parliament for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound, was named as the Conservative Party's Deputy Critic for Public Safety and National Security.
Miller has been serving as the Vice Chair of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security (SECU) since February 4th, 2016. In his new role Miller will support the Honourable Erin O'Toole, Critic for Public Safety and National Security on matters related to the public safety file and will continue to serve as Vice Chair of SECU.
"I am honoured to have been named as the Deputy Critic for Public Safety and National Security," said Miller. "I am looking forward to holding the Government to account on issues related to this very important file."
The Deputy Critic position was previously held by Alain Rayes, Member of Parliament for Richmond Arthabaska.
