On Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 6:05 a.m., members of Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Grey-Bruce and Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Units, with assistance from OPP Emergency Response Team, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence at Victoria Street in Meaford.

As a result of the search warrant, police seized cocaine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Grey Bruce OPP have charged Brandy Forbes, 42 years-of-age, of Meaford with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, section 4(1) CDSA.

The accused was released on an Undertaking and will appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on October 22, 2020.
