On the 22nd of September 2020 at about midnight, a uniformed member of the Owen Sound Police observed a motor vehicle parked at a business which had been previously broken into.

The officer checked the business and found everything to be in order. Police spoke with the occupant of the 2017 Dodge Journey for a period of time and upon further investigation learned that the vehicle was stolen from a Wellington County resident.

The 25year old Grey-Bruce resident was arrested for being in possession of the stolen vehicle. The male was also found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. The male has been charged with Possession of Property obtained by Crime over $5000.00, Probation Order - Non-Compliance (2 counts), Possession of Schedule1 Substance and will make his next court appearance on September 23rd.
