jackhammerCrime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey Bruce OPP are seeking the public's help in solving the theft of construction equipment.

Sometime between October 10, 2020 and October 11, 2020, a yellow 2019 Epiroc SB402 hydraulic jackhammer excavator attachment, valued at more than $30,000, was stolen from a field near the intersection of A-Line and Sideroad 115 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.

The attachment will have a "Battlefield Equipment" sticker affixed to it, and weighs 4,000 pounds so special equipment would have been needed to load it.

The stolen jackhammer appears as pictured.

If you have any information you can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477; submit a secure Web-Tip at cstip.ca; or get the P3 Tips mobile app. You won’t be asked to identify yourself, you don’t have to appear in court, and you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.00. Remember Crime Doesn’t pay – but Crime Stoppers Does!
