On September 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from a residence along Thomson Lane in Chesley. Sometime between September 10, 2021 and September 13, 2021 a Blue and White 18 foot Larson powerboat was taken. The boat has Teal covers, an inboard motor and the value is estimated to be $12,000. At the time of the theft, is was on a White single-axle boat trailer with license #2808P that was also taken.

On September 17, 2021 at 6:45 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from a residence along 3rd Street south west in Chesley. Sometime during the late evening of September 16, 2021, or the early morning hours of September 17, 2021, Grey Polaris Sportsman XP1 All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) with license # 6RK48 was taken. The ATV has lime green decals, a camo ATV bag and a 15 litre attached gas can. The value of the stolen ATV is estimated to be $15,500.  The serial number is on file with police
