On May 26th 2018 just after 9:30 p.m., members of the Owen Sound Police Service were called to the former Bayview Public School with respect to multiple burglar alarms.

Uniformed officers attended quickly and located the suspects within the building. A foot pursuit ensued which lasted several blocks until the three culprits were taken into custody.

As a result, a 28 year old Owen Sound man, a 31 year old Owen Sound woman and a 16 year old Hanover youth, were charged with Break and Enter with Intent.

The three will make their first court appearance during the last week of June.
