The Owen Sound Police are currently investigating a fail to remain which occurred in the parking lot of Walmart located at 1555 18th Avenue East.

Just before 3 pm, Wednesday afternoon, a female believed to be in her 50’s entered a dark coloured pickup truck (possibly a Dodge Ram) and exited the parking lot. The driver, while leaving cut the turn too sharply and struck a Nissan Altima which had been parked next to it.

The collision caused significant front end damage to the Nissan. It is believed the pickup truck will have noticeable damage to the passenger’s side of the vehicle.

Police are asking anyone with information that may assist in identifying the driver of the pickup truck to call PC Suchomel at 519-376-1234 ext 149.
