A vehicle stolen from a driveway has been recovered.

On April 22nd 2019 just after 5:00 p.m., the 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck reported stolen on the 21st was recovered in the 1300 block of 6th Avenue West, Owen Sound. The investigation continues with the vehicle being examined forensically at the Owen Sound Police Service.

A second stolen pickup truck was recovered a couple blocks away and was subsequently taken to the Wiarton OPP Detachment for further investigation, as it had been stolen from Sauble Beach.

The Owen Sound Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating the two motor vehicles.
