On two successive nights the Owen Sound Police Service received information about cars being entered within the City. Wednesday night the northeast section of the city was hit while Thursday night thieves hit the southwest portion of the city. For the most part minor items were taken and all of the vehicles entered had been left unlocked.

The Owen Sound Police Service would like to remind the driving public to lock their vehicles and not to leave anything of value in the vehicle. If items must be left in the vehicle then be sure to store them out of sight.

If anyone witnesses suspicious activity in their neigbourhood they are asked to contact police at 519-376-1234.
