On February 12, 2020 at approximately 9:00am a blue Volkswagen Passat was facing southbound while stopped at the intersection of 9th Avenue East and 10th Street East. The Volkswagen proceeded through the intersection making a left turn onto 10th Street East on an advanced green light. At the same time a black pickup truck proceeded north bound through the intersection against a red light and struck the Volkswagen on the right rear of the vehicle. It is believed that the pickup truck will have damage to the front right bumper area.
