During the afternoon hours of August 18, 2020 members of the Owen Sound Police Service observed and arrested a 32 year- old Sauble Beach man after he was found breaching multiple bail conditions by attending the residence of a domestic violence victim and not complying with his house arrest.
The man was confronted by police in the hallway of an east side apartment building where he attempted to resist his arrest and distance himself from a knapsack that he had been carrying.

The accused is being detained in police custody pending a bail hearing that is scheduled for the morning of August 19, 2020. The accused is charged with the following criminal offences;
- Four counts of failure to comply with a recognizance of Bail
- Possession of Fentanyl
