Owen Sound Girls Field Lacrosse Weekly Report

The Owen Sound U15 B John Shute Optometry girl's field lacrosse team played in Oshawa on Saturday afternoon.

The Northstars won 14-0.

Annabelle Evans our goalie played amazing in both games and earned her shut out in our game against Beaches 2.

Leah Sundermeier was leading scorer with 4 goals, Noelle Brewster with 3, Ella Todd and Charlotte Fox with two goals each and singles by Ally Scott, Avery Thompson and Jenna Cranny.

In their second game they fought hard and lost 10-9 against Six Nations.

Our defenders Lauren Neil, Emily Rourke and Paityn McKenzie challenged Six Nations and battled hard.

Lead scorer was Leah Sundermeier with 4 goals, two goals by Jenna Cranny, and singles for Caitlyn Tran, Ally Scott, and Lauren Neil.

The team is playing in TO this coming Saturday.
