The Scenic City Order of Good Cheer has been responsible for contributions and construction of the Kelso Beach Splash Pad in 2010 and the accessible washroom and changeroom building in 2016.
The proposed name of the building is 'GOOD CHEER WASHROOM & CHANGEROOM'.
As per City Policy, public consultation will be open for 4 weeks. Following the consultation a report to the Community Services Committee with a recommendation will occur in February.
Upon Council's approval, the building will be officially named and proper signage installed prior to opening in the Spring of 2017.
