parking lot 9The Council of The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound intends to consider declaring surplus, and disposing of the following municipal property: PT LT 16 W/S POULETT ST PL OWEN SOUND, PT 3, 16R8121 T/W R467829; OWEN SOUND PIN 37074-0498 (LT), also known as 747 1st Avenue East or City Parking Lot 9.
City Council proposes to dispose of the property listed above for the purpose of maximizing the use of property downtown. The method of disposition will be in the form of a City issued request for proposal (RFP).

Public comments will be received by Council at a Public Meeting in the Christie Hare Room at the Bayshore Community Centre, 1900 3rd Avenue East, Owen Sound, ON, N4K 2M6 on the 20th day of March, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

Written submissions may be provided to the Deputy Clerk at the address below on or before 4:30 p.m. on March 15, 2017. All submissions will be considered in public and will form part of the public record of Council, which is published on the City of Owen Sound's website. The personal information provided with the submissions is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used by members of Council and City of Owen Sound staff in their review of this matter.
