The City is providing free student bus passes for the month of September to full time Georgian College, high school and elementary school students.

The free September passes are being distributed as follows:

· Georgian College students may pick them up at Georgian Stores campus book store

· OSDSS and St. Mary's Catholic High School students will find them in their home room packages

· Elementary school students may pick up a free September pass at the Transit Terminal, the Owen Sound Union Public Library, or the temporary home of City Hall, Suite 24, 945 3rd Ave. E.

Students are asked to present the pass and student identification when they board the bus. If they do not have their new student card they may show last year's student card, or a copy of their new timetable.

Student bus passes will be sold at a reduced fee of $30/month for the remainder of the school year, with the last discounted monthly pass being May 2018. Bus passes are available for purchase at Georgian Stores in Georgian College, the Transit Terminal, the Library and City Hall.
