Paul Patille is filing his nomination papers today to run for Deputy Mayor of Owen Sound.

Patille and his wife Dianne say Owen Sound was the "natural choice" when it came time to escape big urban life, after nearly two decades of visits to Grey Bruce.
They bought a lot that presented a major challenge on the edge of the west escarpment and Patille, a graduate of the Ontario College of Art in Interior and Environmental Design, designed the unique home they share.
Three years later, Patille says he is ready to bring that progressive approach to municipal governance.
Patille says solving complex issues was his responsibility as Senior Project Manager on multiple national, high profile projects, refining his skills in time management and budgetary controls.
"With the support of the electorate, I hope to bring this skill set to serving the people of Owen Sound, as Deputy Mayor and as our representative on Grey County Council."
Deputy Mayor Arlene Wright has announced that she will not be seeking re-election. The position brings with it a seat on Grey County Council.
