Dear Editor:
My Good Neighbour letter last week was meant to point out that dog ownership obligates owners to their responsibilities.
As the result of reporting a personal incident the Owen Sound Bylaw officer was able to apprehend and issue a $205 fine to an offender.
So is this now identified elected official being charged and fined for flouting the law?
If not, double standard indeed.
Sincerely,
Frank Barningham, Owen Sound
