talk to neighboursLearn, think together and act on climate change. Joachim Ostertag of Climate Action Team Owen Sound and Leigh Grigg of Georgian Bluffs Climate Action Team are partnering to host a live topic discussion on May 20th at 7pm titled, Paradigm Shift: How to talk with Neighbours about Climate.

Registration is open now, just click here. Participants are asked to register early. The online meeting has room for 500 participants.

On May 20th, a small panel of community leaders will speak about their philosophies and experiences, and follow up that with a discussion with the audience, exploring what often works for you.

It is hope this will spark a robust conversation about how climate change can continue to be made more relevant to all our regional residents without us having to see its most severe effects first-hand.

Newer Climate Action Teams (CATs) and similar working groups have sprung up everywhere in the past two years, so the forum is for everyone and their neighbour, regardless if you've got an active CAT in your town or if you feel alone, connecting with each other on issues that are relevant to us all.
