Our KidsBruce Grey Child and Family Services Foundation regrettably announce that Senior Fund Development Officer Cindy Wheeler has decided to pursue a position in Ottawa to be closer to her family. For the past six years Cindy has been an integral part of the Our Kids Bruce Grey Foundation in both the publicity and fundraising efforts. Her talent and personality will surely be missed.

At this point the Foundation Board has not determined a course of action so any media or donation inquiries can be directed to Our Kids Bruce Grey Foundation, Attention: Tim Nicol, Keith Momberquette, or Dave Middleton.

From Cindy:

Goodbye & Thank You.

Next week will start a new chapter in my life. I have made an extremely difficult but a decision that feels right to leave Owen Sound to move to Ottawa to be closer to my grand babies. For 19 plus years I have had the most incredible opportunity working with wonderful people all across Grey and Bruce County. THANK YOU to the many volunteer board of directors who have given their personal time to make a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable children and youth. THANK YOU to our many Service Clubs, Legions, Churches, Businesses, and caring Individuals for inviting me to share our message, who have given and who continue to support the huge need for these youth. THANK YOU to my family, friends, radio DJ's and coworkers who have worked tirelessly on the special events that have brought our community together to raise awareness and funds for Our Kids Bruce Grey who are always in great need! Most of all THANK YOU for this incredible ride and supporting me with my decision to begin this exciting new chapter! xo
