Men of are once again being invited to put on a pair of women's heels for charity.

The 5th annual "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®" fundraiser is coming to Harrison Park on Sunday, June 4, 2017.

The proceeds of 'Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®' Grey County event will benefit The Women's Centre (Grey & Bruce) Inc. The Women's Centre presently needs to fundraise for at least 1/3 of their available beds.

This high-profile fundraiser has been "walking" all over North America. Men will champion to end woman abuse and sexual violence by walking the walk and talking the talk by asking friends, family, co-workers and workplaces to sponsor them through pledges.

We are still looking for community minded men who are brave enough to walk a mile in a pair of women's heels to bring awareness to the need to end violence against women. This is a great venue to Challenge another workplace in your area. We supply the shoes and it is a fun family day for all. A classic car show will also be taking place to provide support to the men, increase visibility, and engage awareness of a serious subject matter.

Registration starts at noon and walk begins at 1 pm on Sunday, June 4, 2017.
