Mental health is important to us all.

At CMHA Grey Bruce we know everyone's mental health is just as important as our physical health so this is our 4th annual Ride Don't Hide coming up on Sunday, June 25th. Everyone is welcome to participate. There is a route for all levels; In-Park 1km, 25km, 50km, 80km and new this year 100km. Individuals, teams and families will enjoy our scenic route and beautiful venue at Kelso Beach Park.

$45 Registration Fee covers a BBQ lunch, exclusive 2017 RDH dry fit shirt and great local entertainment and prizes.

NEW this year, we have a silent auction with over 20 gift packages worth over $100 each!

Can't ride? You can be a virtual rider and still fundraise to help mental health in your community. Volunteer opportunities also available.
