maple syrupOn April 7th, Kemble will play host to its 9th annual maple syrup tour. Save the date!

This year's tour consists of eight stops, seven maple producers and The Big Bay General Store, allowing participants to experience a full range of syrup production techniques and homemade maple ice cream!

Also included in the price of the tour is a stop at Kemble-Sarawak Church for an amazing maple-themed breakfast or lunch, including pancakes, peameal bacon, baked beans, sweet potatoes, coleslaw, fresh maple syrup, and more!
The event runs from 8 am to 4 pm – Tour stops open at 9am and the kitchen closes at 3pm.

"The Kemble Maple Syrup Tour is a fantastic day out for the whole family," said Jennie Hoekstra, a local resident and tour organizer. "There are farm animals and fun activities for the kids, amazing interactive demonstrations and great food. Every stop has something wonderful to offer!"

This year, once again, there will be complimentary horse and carriage rides into the sugar bush during the afternoon offered courtesy of the VanBilsen Family Farm.

Tour passport prices:
$15 per adult
$10 per child age 6-12, free for 5 yrs & under
$40 per family (2 parents and their children)

Bayshore Country Feeds, Owen Sound
Econo-Gas Kwik Mart, Owen Sound
Or on the day of the tour at Kemble-Sarawak United Church.
