Results from re-sampling that took place on August 31 for the Thornbury Beach – Little River Park Beach are now in. They show that the water quality at Little River Beach falls within acceptable levels of bacteria. The posting of the beach is being lifted.
Swimmers are reminded that swimming is discouraged after heavy rainfall or when water is cloudy following significant wave action, such as during and after a storm or heavy winds.
