highschool studentsCommunity Foundation Grey Bruce announces two grants available to students in Grey Bruce.

The Janice Bye Memorial Award of up to $784 will be awarded to a special needs student for occupational, physical and speech language therapy services and/or associated equipment that will help facilitate the student's integration and inclusion, increasing productivity, and boosting confidence in his/her educational institution or chosen workplace. Student must be graduating from high school and going on to post-secondary education or graduating high school to transition into a workplace setting or transitioning into high school from grade 8 or transitioning from grade 6 into senior public school.

The Grey Bruce Community Health Award of $1,000 will be given to a Grey Bruce student graduating from secondary school and pursuing an education pathway related to community health.

Both applications can be found under the For Students tab on www.communityfoundationgreybruce.com.

Deadline for application is October 30.
