"We continue to have among the highest job satisfaction scores within the hospital sector, and we are very proud of these results. As always there are things we can do better, and we are working with our staff and physicians on the best way to make continuous improvements in job satisfaction," said Rebecca Cummings, Chief of Human Resources for GBHS.
These survey results have been shared with physicians and staff and are tracked against other hospitals. The next survey will take place in 2018.
