Ontario Provincial Police LogoOn February 4, 2017, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a break, enter and theft from a recreational property on Southgate Road 08 in the Township of Southgate.
Sometime between January 30 and February 4, 2017, unknown person(s) cut the padlock to the main gate on the property. The culprit(s) proceeded to forcibly enter a large steel outbuilding where a red, 2007 Artic Cat 500 All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) was stolen. Other stolen property included a Husqvarna chainsaw, a Skilsaw trimmer, two fish-finders and two Bushnell trail cameras.

The OPP Forensic Identification Services Unit – Mount Forest is assisting with the investigation.

Anyone with information regarding this break, enter and theft, is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
