The Owen Sound Police Service had to postpone the 18th Annual Polar Plunge on March 11th, 2017 due to unsafe ice conditions. The event has been rescheduled for Saturday April 1st, 2017. The event will be hosted at the Bayshore, with registration at noon and the plunge commencing at 1:00 p.m.

Registration is still open on the polarplunge.ca website along with the acceptance of donations.
