opp-crash-fullOn August 26, 2017 at approximately 7:53 p.m., Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police together with the Northern Bruce Fire Department and the Bruce County Paramedic Services responded to a head on collision between two vehicles on Hwy. 6 between Lindsay Road 30 and Miller Lake Rd in Norther Bruce Peninsula.

Three people are confirmed dead. Four others suffered serious injuries.

Bruce Peninsula OPP continue to investigation the collision with the assistance of the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit (TTCI).

A section of Hwy. 6 was closed for several hours. It is now open to traffic.

The investigation is in its early stages.

No further information is being released until such time as next of kin have been notified.
