On September 22, 2017 Grey County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of mischief and theft of property from a residence on Hwy. 6 in the Township of Chatsworth.

At approximately 9:15 a.m., the homeowner had heard some banging outside his residence. When he went to investigate, he discovered that someone had attempted to remove a trailer from the property. He further discovered that the secure digital (SD) card valued at $100 was taken from a trail camera by the culprit(s).

A red Toyota Corolla had been seen parked in front of the residence at an earlier date.

Grey County OPP urge residents to report suspicious vehicles, persons and or activities immediately to police.

Anyone with information which may assist is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a secure web-tip at www.cstip.ca where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
