The Owen Sound Police Service's Auxiliary Unit, in support of the Owen Sound branch of the Salvation Army, will be holding several food drive events at local grocery stores over the coming weeks. Food collected will assist local families in need over the holiday season. Items being sought include pastas, dry cereals, baby foods, peanut butter, and canned goods. Auxiliary Police Constables will be collecting non-perishable food items at the following locations:

Metro – 1070 2nd Avenue East, Owen Sound
Saturday November 22nd from 9am until 3pm

Zehrs – 1150 16th Street East, Owen Sound
Friday November 28th from 5pm until 9pm and
Saturday November 29th from 9am until 3pm

Food Basics – 1350 16th Street East, Owen Sound
Saturday December 6th from 9am until 3pm.
