25 years ago, December 6th 1989, a gunman killed 14 women, because they were women.
While debate over the gunman's motives take place every year, while the debate over guns, and violence in our community takes place every year. While women go missing and are murdered every year, and while our society grapples with the dawning realization that women are subjected to harassment and violence daily, we will not forget these 14 women.
