On Tuesday, Apr. 4, at 3:57 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that a vehicle passed by a school bus with stop arm extended and lights flashing.

As a result of the police investigation, the vehicle driver was located. An 18-year-old West Grey Township resident was charged with fail to stop for school bus.

This offence carries a set fine of $490 and 6 demerit points.
