Police are looking for help identifying a suspect after a smash and grab from vehicles.
Grey County Provincial Police is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a male suspected of smashing windows out of three vehicles parked at the Grey Roots Museum located on Grey Road 18 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs on December 16, 2017.
Sometime during the mid to late afternoon on December 16th, unknown persons(s) entered three vehicles by smashing a window in each of the vehicles. Two women's purses were stolen. Investigation revealed that stolen credit cards were used at various businesses in Owen Sound later that evening.
The suspect was described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6 feet tall with a red/blondish goatee. He was wearing a tan coloured trench coat, a hat and black rimmed eye glasses. The suspect was observed getting into the passenger side of an older model, dark coloured Honda CRV.
