Police investigate a collision after a vehicle hits store front in Meaford.

On March 27, 2018 at approximately 12:47 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a vehicle that had collided into the store front of Dollarama located on Highway 26 just east of Meaford, in the Municipality of Meaford.

Investigation revealed that a Mercedes vehicle had driven into the front doors of the store causing extensive damage to property.

The driver, an 87-year old female from The Blue Mountains, who appeared to suffer a medical issue, was not injured otherwise. She was transported to hospital via ambulance.

There were no other injuries reported.
