On July 3, 2018 at approximately 9:14 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of break and enter in progress to an apartment on McNab Street in the Township of Chatsworth.

Police attended and arrested the suspect as he exited the apartment.

A 39-year old man from Owen Sound was charged with break, enter and theft, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, possession of break and enter instruments, and possession of a controlled substance.

He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on August 16, 2018.
