Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and local police are seeking the public's help in solving a rash of thefts from car washes.
Overnight on March 28, 2019 the Chatsworth Carwash on McNab Street was entered, the key box pried open, and a quantity of coins stolen.
On March 29, 2019 at 12:28 a.m., police responded to an alarm at the Double Bubble Carwash on Walker Street in Markdale, discovering that the business had been entered, the alarm system damaged, and the video recorder stolen.
Overnight on March 29, 2019 the Sunrise Carwash on 17th Street East in Owen Sound was entered, the change machine door cut open, and a quantity of bills and change stolen.
