On January 27, 2020 at 1:56 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped a vehicle along McNab Street in Walkerton. The driver was found to be unlicensed.

Jeremy Halk, 33-years-old, of Grey Highlands was charged with 3 counts of Driving while Prohibited, 4 counts of Possessing Ammunition while Prohibited and Obstruct Peace Officer. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 19, 2020 to answer to the charges.
